Title: MN: MN222 decomissioned

After travelling MN92 in northern Minnesota, I found that MN222 to Oklee is no longer signed, replaced by CR5 instead.
FWIW, MN223 (the other nearby spur off of MN92) is still signed.

Finally fixed this in today's pull request.
