Title: WI: I-894 exit 5 area

This is an interesting little area that needs to be addressed.

We're currently missing a graph connection between WI-24 & I-894/I-43/I-41/US-41 here.

Seems that WI-24 has the appropriate point location, but the Interstates do not.

Here's how I recommend fixing this to add in the missing graph connection between all the routes.


1. Shift I-894's '5A' point to the overpass of WI-24 and use the location in WI-24's file (point 'I-43/894').  That will grant the missing graph connection.  Also update the '5A(894)' point in I-41, I-43, & US-41's files to prevent breaking the multiplexes.
2. Add a 'new' point @ 84th Street overpass (NOT @ the gore point) in I-894's file, called '5' (best solution here).  Add into I-41, I-43, & US-41's files as '5(894)'.
