Title: NY: NY309 Southern Terminus

Currently the southern terminus of NY309 in the HB is located at the intersection of NY29A and Bleecker St. However, NYSDOT GIS (https://gis.dot.ny.gov/html5viewer/?viewer=risviewer) shows that the actual southern terminus is at NY29A and Frontage Rd, with it heading up Frontage Rd and Spring St to Bleecker St, which is the routing shown on OSM. The only signage for NY309 in this part of the city is this lone end sign (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.05063,-74.3488752,3a,18.2y,234.03h,89.93t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6TIp71h6bz16eSERoRk60A!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e1) on Frontage Rd at NY29A, which would theoretically match NYSDOT's routing.
