Title: AR: AR 17 (Brinkley) South End

It seems to me by looking at the Functional Classification GIS Map (https://gis.ardot.gov/portal/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=a740397fe17f4025afb9ae51b45d4841) that AR 17 should be slightly truncated to Morgan Loop Rd.
