Title: WI: WI 50 Truncated to WI 31

I'm going to bump this, because I can't find any confirmation in either direction. The latest AARoads post said Kenosha may have refused to take it, which would seem unlikely. I would have thought the state DOT would've signed some sort of agreement beforehand.

I was driving on Highway 31 by Kenosha earlier today and I noticed that they got rid of the Highway 50 East signs. It looks like Highway 50 has been truncated to end at Highway 31 now instead of ending at Highway 32.

So I guess this has been done now.
