Title: PA: PA 291 ALT TRUCK (Philadelphia)

David Golub’s latest set of I-95 photos includes signage for a new PA 291 ALT Truck route. While I think that westbound it starts at I-95 Exit 12 by the airport, continues south on I-95 to PA 420 SB, and then ends back at PA 291, I am only currently able to clarify the routing on I-95 itself via GSV.

Does anyone have shields of this route along PA 291 and/or PA 420?

I field-checked this today, and westbound does start at the I-95(12) ramp, but of course that ramp is currently closed.

Since the eastbound direction does not leave I-95 until Exit 13, I just ended the route at a new 13A point that I added to I-95 since the existing 14 point does not actually serve PA 291.
