Title: ESP-PV BI10 is part of A8?

I can't find any signs for BI10 on GSV (May 2023); everything in both directions (including km posts (https://www.google.com/maps/@43.2578166,-2.9532618,3a,15y,19.38h,89.94t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sdEnnkbZz-LsSywKmbO16ZQ!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu)) is for A8.

Yes. Fixed locally, along with several other places where the Basques have ignored the Spanish designations in the Bilbao area.
