Title: NV: NV 163 point requests

Would it be possible to add points to the following intersections:

Laughlin, NV:
1. @Thomas Edison Dr
2. @ S Casino Dr

Laughlin is a Resort Town running shuttle service to/from the airport in nearby Bullhead City, AZ and turns off NV 163 at these points.

I'll take care of it in the next couple of days. This reminds me that I've been meaning to do the same up in the Tahoe area with those shuttles/recreation sites.
