Title: NY: NY63 Realignment

Sometime between 2008 and 2009, NY63 was realigned to the north in the vicinity of Peoria Rd in the Town of Covington. The PeoRd point in the HB is still located at the original intersection. The realignment might be worthy of an updates entry and *OldNY63 points.
