Title: VA requested points

These are points I turned at.
US460Taz at SR 651 east of Tazewell
VA 82 at SR 645 at Purcell
US 23 at SR 870 west of Gate City

Looks like you "missed it by that much" in regard to a VA 82 clinch.  I guess Cleveland, VA, has the same reputation as Cleveland, OH, in regard to sports.   ;D

Nah, went from 645 to Cleveland as part of a secondary combination through the valleys.
