Why was the GA17_S point made former? There's still a road there.

Was meant to be +, but I had a mental moment. Renamed to CheSt (Cherry St.). Change made locally.

Going to mark this as solved when I get to the next batch of GA updates (mid-January), unless I see any other comments.
