Title: FL: FL 825/FL 836 junction
Post by: Jim on August 12, 2023, 08:51:31 am
It looks to me like the portion of FL 836 we have mapped west of FL 825 is really just a ramp.  Why not 1 point here?  As we have it, a traveler needs to be going WB 836 to SB 825 or SB 825 to EB 836 to claim the westernmost segment.

Because MM 0.0 is @ that intersection where I have it end.

Yeah, I do not think I technically drove on that segment, but I just counted it anyway based on it otherwise being 1PPI.

otherwise being 1PPI.

0.5 miles apart based on the 'mainline' MMs (https://www.google.com/maps/dir/25.7765236,-80.417159/25.7818754,-80.4169648/@25.7789471,-80.4183613,17z/data=!4m9!4m8!1m5!3m4!1m2!1d-80.4189545!2d25.7793295!3s0x88d9be510944f4cd:0xe7d9991a3bcf5b56!1m0!3e0?entry=ttu).  Based on that, could easily consider them as separate interchanges.

Agree, I have no issue with how it is mapped.
