Title: DEU-SN: S32 Lommatzsch bypass opened

The 2nd out 2 sections was opened last week. S32 would naturally just be relocated onto the bypass and the old route would be downgraded to local administration. However, there are also two S85 branches in Lommatzsch. I'd like to wait with the implementation till I have more info about the actual road dedications. Most likely, the changes will only happen now that the 2nd section of the bypass is opened? We will see...

Edit 2023-11-02: geoportal is updated showing S32 only via the new bypass section now.
