Title: Asian Highway changes over the years

C.N.78.2006 and C.N.89.2006 do not include the text that was being changed. It seems that one of them extended AH48 from Phuentsholing to Thimpu.

AH4: Yarantai to Urumqi changed from a gap to a continuous route via Takeshkan
AH48: extended from Phuentsholing (the Bhutan-India border) to Phulbari

AH52: new route from Lahore to Karachi (completely duplicates AH4 except that it explicitly uses the motorways, both built and proposed)
