Title: ROU: DN7CC is missing

OSM indicates it. It's actually signed at north end (https://goo.gl/maps/tHUunQ1GsdjLZG5o7). It seems that DJ703L (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=rou.dj703l&lat=45.248214&lon=24.351153&zoom=14) and pals have rededicated to DN.

There are km posts on Summer 2023 GSV, e.g. the northern-most (https://maps.app.goo.gl/rdc4HK7G4iANUzbw6) and soutern-most (https://maps.app.goo.gl/1LhHNhaRyAemVGkG9).
