Title: SVK: II426 missing

It's the northern extension of I2 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=svk.i002&lat=48.833900&lon=17.208967&zoom=13). It connects to CZE I70 (which had a wrong label (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/6782)).
