We currently have this exit missing.

It's only a NB off-ramp exit.

There's already a point at that location for the corresponding southbound offramp. So, don't need a new point.

But, I'm going to go ahead and change the label of that point from "197A" (fake exit number, southbound exit is 197) to "198" (real exit number, at least for the northbound side).
