I'll see what needs to be changed when I get home if nobody else has figured it out.
Edit: looks like it's just an extension of AR 5 south to the existing US 70 interchange with an intermediate point at MilRd (or MilCreRd? Street signs say the former). The AR 5/7 intersection was slightly relocated.

While we're tinkering with AR 5; could someone go tie in AR5Lit with I-30 around Benton? The two routes (and others) overlap between exits 117 & 118.
-
This appears to have been split intentionally, because AR5 uses the frontage roads rather than I-30 itself.
-
Should AR 270 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Kh5ZaXpWRBNH5yqm8?g_st=ic) be added in regard to this? I found out from an AR roadgeek this morning that it is posted at least once.

Before taking any action here, what do y'all think about waypoint labels?

I would prefer to leave the existing labels alone for the non-AR 270 routes in this case.

As for AR270 itself, the south end is concurrent with US70. Which has exit numbers. Not its (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#desired_exitnumbers) own (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#exitnumbers) exit numbers, but MLK Expressway exit numbers.
This has me looking at https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#exitconc_name_on_unnum.
Thoughts?

I would not include those exit numbers personally since they are specifically for the MLK Expressway.
