Title: AR Hot Springs bypass extension

I'll see what needs to be changed when I get home if nobody else has figured it out.
Edit: looks like it's just an extension of AR 5 south to the existing US 70 interchange with an intermediate point at MilRd (or MilCreRd? Street signs say the former). The AR 5/7 intersection was slightly relocated.

I would prefer to leave the existing labels alone for the non-AR 270 routes in this case.

Not its (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#desired_exitnumbers) own (https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#exitnumbers) exit numbers, but MLK Expressway exit numbers.
This has me looking at https://travelmapping.net/devel/manual/wayptlabels.php#exitconc_name_on_unnum.
Thoughts?
