Title: IN: IN 13 BUS (North Manchester)

This route comes off to me similar as OH 211 BYP (Dover).  It basically just follows Wayne St down to IN 114 signed mostly like this (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0133026,-85.7644539,3a,75y,204.72h,75.87t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1suHmmWWaevG1_nnU-ScY3MA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu) except from IN 13 SB (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.0153856,-85.7638874,3a,75y,292.03h,102.13t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sYAK9lcRPQzS68trsJBzWmA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu).

This has come up before. (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2136.msg7035#msg7035) Due to the (mostly) DIY signage, and dearth of signage overall, and the fact that it's not INDOT's responsibility, I'm still comfortable excluding it.

Fair enough.  Nothing has changed from the 2017 version of this topic.
