Title: MI: MI 60 BUS (Niles)

This route should be truncated to MI51_S (https://www.google.com/maps/@41.8268615,-86.2456586,3a,75y,297.45h,82.38t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sg0K4nm9PyyL7sZQv0Xw1Cg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?entry=ttu) under the MI51 label.  Looking at GSV, there is no indication that there was ever a concurrency with MI51 (even when US 12 BUS was in existence).

If you look @ StreetView, you see an 'Business M-60 END' shield there from '07 all the way till at least Oct '13 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/rGXs11J2vk9SnkXb9).  After that, it turned into an 'END M-60' shield (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XL4i4jZ98A9g8Gb47) (obliviously an error, as at the intersection, it's a Business shield still).

And on a side note, probably also recenter 'MI51_S' between 11th & 12th Street, due to it being a split carriageway there.

Yeah, I saw that.  The END M-60 shield is still there as of myself clinching it a few weeks ago.
