Title: CZE: I67 Karviná bypass

The Karviná bypass has been opened this summer. OSM indicates that the old route is partially I59 now. GM indicates that it is fully I59 now. Need to check. Maybe the video on SSC can help :)

Edit: video shows II475 (https://youtu.be/GAmYRwpdmoQ?feature=shared&t=213) at north end. geoportal (https://geoportal.rsd.cz/apps/silnicni_a_dalnicni_sit_cr_verejna/) does indicate 'I67H'.

I67 relocated, II475 extended, I59 + II472 kept as-is.
