Title: DEU-BY: St2057 Lengenfeld & Issing Bypasses

The Bypass of Lengenfeld was opened on 23.05.2023, OSM shows the St2057 on it. Also Bypass Issing was opened according to OSM, the St2057 takes it too.

The Issing bypass was opened long ago. I found a news article about an accident back in 2011 (https://www.augsburger-allgemeine.de/landsberg/Toedlicher-Unfall-in-Issing-Kradfahrer-prallt-gegen-Leitplanke-id14565341.html). I've added a shaping point to make clear that the state road is routed via the bypass.
