Title: ISL: TH60 Þorskafjörður

A new bridge opened to traffic on Route 60 yesterday, making it 10 kilometers shorter. duke87, jayhawkco and panda80 are losing mileage.

I also noticed that TH60 is currently being realigned west of the bridge. I don't know details on completion.

Vegagerðin's official map (https://vegasja.vegagerdin.is/eng/) does not yet show the reroute.

Holding action until it does so can confirm if the old alignment gets a new number. Since TH608 only connects to the old alignment I assume that at minimum half of it will be kept on the numbered roads system.

Looks like the east half is indeed an extension of TH608 while the west half is nothing.
