Our D road routing is obviously not up-to-date at Kastamonu. I didn't find any note from the peer-review (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=2888) and guess that signposting must have been changed. GM seems to be right, OSM is outdated.
D030 and D765 are clearly routed via the western bypass: D765 turning left at south end (July 2023 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/Htx4EGitm86itTQ17). D765 heading north in the west (June 2020 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/efMack9hG3uaXLpHA), Opposite direction confirms D765 via both bypass legs (July 2023 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9nQZgfVwbXgZ1jkJ7), D765 turning west (July 2023 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/zepLnB6NT9MWencHA), D030 turning west (July 2023 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/yNSwngaeHwU9BHef9),...
D775 should also be extended to junction with D030 since D775 is signed on D030 eastbound (July 2023 GSV) (https://maps.app.goo.gl/NoCZeMXpRyeC7DQEA).
