3.  I do not think that replacing the shaping point north of VA 107 with a visible point works.
4.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of SR 604 with visible point(s).

VA 116: 
1. SR658>-RutRd (inside city of Roanoke)
2. WalAve>-WalAve_W
3. FraRd>-WilRd_S or TazAve (also affects US 220 BUS (Roanoke) and US 221)

VA 122: 
1.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of VA 40 with a visible point.
2.  Is there a good replacement for LibHallLn?

US 11 ALT (Roanoke):  10thStNW>-10thSt (nonessential suffix)

VA 151:  Consider replacing the shaping point south of US 250 with a visible point.

GSV definitely indicates just plain TazAve (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2700091,-79.9381095,3a,75y,185.32h,97.78t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1syo642enmYHZygNllugg7Bw!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu) over TazAve_E.
