Title: TUR: O6 exit numbers

A quick look in GMSV suggests that OSM has O6's exit numbers off by 1, and what's in the HB is correct.
Nearby routes need to be fixed though.

O6:
Should 16 be hidden, similar to the hidden point near the N end?

D200:
O6(15) -> O6(16)
O6(14) -> O6(15)

D550Kes:
O6(13) -> O6(14)
O6(12) -> O6(13)
O6(11) -> O6(12)

---

While in Turkey...
D550: O33(3) -> O33Hor?

Thanks, I missed that when updating O6. Will do it soon.
