Title: TX: TXLp478 and US62ElP Missing Graph Connection

TXLp478 and US62ElP are missing a graph connection at their intersection in El Paso. TXLp478's point for US62 is way off-center, while US62 currently lacks a point with TXLp478.

I was looking right at this area when reworking the S end of I-110 not too long ago (https://forum.travelmapping.net/index.php?topic=5550), but overlooked this. Thanks for the heads-up.
