Title: NOR: Rv4 upgrade between Roa and Gran

4km of motorway have been opened to traffic today. In addition, E16 was realigned at the junction with Rv4 north of Roa. The new section and the section to the north up to Rv34 at Jaren is signed as motorway, i.e. a new route needs to be added to our normot system.
