I don't know if the bypass will be dedicated as R210. If not, R210 does minimum need wps for the bypass.

OSM does only indicate the old road being R210. I've only added wps for the bypass so far: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7781 Keeping open!
