A new road opened to traffic in Northern Iceland on 6 November. This is an 8.5 kilometer new alignment north of Blönduós.

So the associated changes are:
- TH741 is no more
- TH744 is no more
- TH73 is the new road, but also takes over all of former TH744
- TH74 is cut back to begin at TH73, and also partially realigned
- a new route, TH740, takes over former parts of TH74 and TH741 that are being kept on the numbered roads system
- TH1, TH75, TH742, TH745, and TH748 all have waypoint labels updated but the routes themselves haven't otherwise changed

Thanks for this. I might be the user most affected, as I drove all of TH 74 and a little of TH 741 in 2021, resulting in the map attached. @Duke87, since you've looked carefully at this, I am hoping you can tell me what I would need to do to retain whatever travels are appropriate given these changes.

Sure, so you should have:
ISL TH74 OldTH74_Hos End
ISL TH740 TH73_S OldTH74 (just realized I should add that second point) (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/6973)
And you can remove the TH741 line from your list file entirely (route no longer exists)
