Title: VA: VA-80 rerouted to end @ Corridor Q?

Seems that VA-80 has been rerouted to now end @ the Corridor Q instead of connecting to it's counterpart in KY per OSM.  I've reached out to the user on OSM that made this change for more info (https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/139159019).
