Title: OH: a couple unexpected designations in labels

OH25 has an OH64/105 point, but OH105 ends at I-75.

US23 has an OH231/423 point, but OH423 ends at OH231.
Could potentially be fixed by numbering the exits though AIUI this is a low priority. ;)
