The first routes are in the HB: https://travelmapping.net/hb/index.php?sys=mkdr
Sources can be found under: https://roads.org.mk/en/road-network/
Be aware that data is inconsistent. I think that the "Web GIS" map is sometimes incorrect. I rather go with http://62.77.137.99/roads/
There are 4-digit and 5-digit regional roads.

The 4-digit roads are in HB now.
I realized that WebGIS is usually (always?) confirmed by the road list which has documents with pics of the major junctions from March 2023.
However, road routing on WebGIS is sometimes where no road is as one can see on satellite view. For instance R2246.

OSM does sometimes indicate wrong numbers, have incorrect routings - mainly through towns - or is simply extending routes incorrectly. It seems that OSM is not a reliable source.
The old alignment of A3 Stip-Kocani is still indicated as A3 on March 2023 data albeit a parallel A3 expressway was opened in December 2022. The expressway is indicated as "(avtopat)".
We don't have the old alignment in HB. I will add a R road once I will have spot it in official data.

The system will be in preview with the next site update. More than 120 routes for some 1,840 miles.
Notes to routes can be found in the readme (https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/blob/master/hwy_data/MKD/README.md).

I've reviewed the system by myself. No route changes but just wp label or coords tweaks: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8075
It seems that WebGIS does still have the most recent data albeit being outdated for years. I asked on SSC (https://www.skyscrapercity.com/posts/191626250/) for a more recent source but failed so far. Note: JPDP's website is https://roads.org.mk where WebGIS is hosted.
I'll activate the system soon. Just wanna wait if anyone posts a more recent route log on SSC.

System will be active after the next site update.
