I recently drove this highway and saw that it was unsigned. This can also be seen on GSV (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.5535462,-92.3364728,3a,75y,295.02h,81.43t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sinZIfKObrkA9ltlSNFlEnA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu).
Edit: There is a sign visible north of the intersection in GSV, but it was not there when I drove it earlier this week. I actually passed the highway by about half a mile before realizing I had passed it up.

Are you saying the sign on 1162 itself (https://www.google.com/maps/@30.5534144,-92.3366825,3a,15y,297.88h,89.21t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sBSt6Ulwk1aiRhuqnF01wdQ!2e0!5s20230601T000000!7i16384!8i8192?entry=ttu) was also gone?
FWIW it's still in the state system per DOTD maps.

I don't remember seeing that sign either, but having two signs on GSV that I didn't see makes me wonder if I was just too sleep deprived to notice signs that were actually there. That seems more likely than that DOTD removed both signs in the past 5 months without deleting the route. I'd say let's leave this route alone for now.
