Title: NC: NC 540 from NC 55 to I-40

This article Bob Malme posted on AARoads indicates that it will open in late Spring 2024.  Hopefully, this will be accurate, and we will not have to wait for another year like we did with the East End Connector.

So, it seems that both exits inside of the I-40/42/NC-540 complex interchange are getting separate numbers on I-40.

Exit 310 is coming back, and is for NC-540, while Exit 309 stays with US-70(I-42).
