Title: OH: US-52 has gained some more exit numbers

OH823 -> 145 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SYqNizuckG2XvzqW9)
CR2 -> 146 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/HqLmTqGSK2aghLEP9)

There might be 2 other new exit numbers (per OSM) in that area on US-52, but no StreetView confirmation that they are posted, due to out-of-date GSV.

Thanks. I'll be down in that area sometime in January, so I'll check to see what else is posted and then add them all at once.
