Title: MO: US 60 BUS/US 67 BUS (Poplar Bluff) Concern

MOsP is not a thing according to MoDOT's Poplar Bluff city map (https://www.modot.org/sites/default/files/documents/CityMap_POPLAR%20BLUFF.pdf), but MOsW is nearby.

US 60 BUS needs to be resynced with US 67 BUS to fix the broken concurrency.

At least the one label hasn't been around a while.
