Was driving through Mont Belvieu on the Thanksgiving weekend, and the southern half of Loop 207 is permanently closed.
Closed from near southern intersection with TX146:

FM565 used to terminate at its western end at Loop 207, and there was a plant that spanned both sides of Loop 207. The company running the plant bought land and paid to extend FM565 all the way to SH146, then TxDot gave the company the southern part of Loop 207. Don't see anything in the minute orders about it, but based on GSV, that southern section appears to have been closed permanently and unsigned for at least 4 years now.

Signage @ SH-146 gone per Apr '19 GSV (but street blades were still there). Street blades finally disappeared @ SH-146 by the Dec '21 GSV.

On a side note, the 'northern' end of TXLp207 needs to be fixed, as it's well off it's intersection with SH-146.
