Title: VA: VA 40 Point Concerns

1. Consider replacing the shaping points east of PlaRd with visible points.
2.  Pittsylvania County GIS indicates that IonaRd should be IonaDr. (https://open-data-pittsylvania.hub.arcgis.com/apps/749f08fa037d45bca490aa29242473dc/explore)
3.  Consider replacing the shaping point east of MouCarRd with a visible point.
