1A(894) -> 38 (https://maps.app.goo.gl/o83GiYfFuKH1x3BZ8) (same change needed for US-41 too, as exit numbers here are also based on US-41 mileage)

It's signed 1A NB, and since it was designed to overlap I-894 the whole way, I thought it made sense to stick with that for when it was created and 41/45 changed.
