Would recommend a point @ 20th Street (between UT53 & UT39), due to the 'TO' signage to I-15/84 placed there.

Even I often forget 104 doesn’t go all the way to 89. There are dozens of east-west connector roads between 15 and 89 throughout the Wasatch Front and I think this is the only one where the route doesn’t go all the way.
