Title: MA: MA 23 and MA 41 points in South Egremont

I ended up traveling a short segment of MA 23 and MA 41 today when cutting from NY/MA 71 to US 7 South via Creamery Rd. then Sheffield Rd.  Ideally, I'd like two points to claim that segment for a couple of my .list files (I've long ago clinched all roads in that area in my primary .list file) but at the least it seems one of the two might be appropriate.

This does look like a reasonable "geared toward regional travel" cutoff, not unlike taking Pepperell Rd to MA225 (https://travelmapping.net/hb/showroute.php?r=ma.ma225&lat=42.602915&lon=-71.626911&zoom=13&u=yakra).
Maybe a little indigestion from adding 2 points so close together, but I've done worse in SE New Hampshire.
It's a corridor that's reasonably likely to be used. Added.
While I'm in there, MA23_S +-> MA23_W.

(Maybe I'll similarly add Shirley St to MA119, but I still have yet to update my .list from my Oct 2022 trip...)
