If so, I guess that the old route will remain being Fv63. The tunnel should likely only be a branch in HB. Need more info = updated maps or GSV.

OSM + vegvesen.no indicate the tunnel being Fv63. Adding as a branch: https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7790
