Title: DEU-BB: L601/L622 downgrade 2024-08-01

The L601 is announced to be fully downgraded to district administration on 2024-08-01.
The L622 is announced to be fully downgraded to district administration on 2024-08-01 (Edit: over 9.354km between L653 and L62).

Edit: I assume that L653 will be downgraded too since it ends at L622. We'll see.
