Title: BGR: I-1 between Makresh and Bela opened

It's signed as I-1 but I don't know the dedication of the old alignment.
E79 is also indicated on the new expressway.
OSM's exit numbers are not indicated in the field.

Mezdra - Botevgrad also opened to traffic. wps need to be tweaked for I1 and E79.
