Title: OH: OH-237 point suggestion

Would recommend a point @ McKinley Ave.  Connects up to I-90 Exit 164.  While there's no 'TO I-90' signage there due to a truck prohibition, it's still a logical access road for car traffic up to I-90 there.

It's close to the current 'HogLn' point.

Close to a hidden point too, so since HogLn is in use, I switched out the other one. https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7431
