Title: MI: BUS US 31 through Pentwater decommissioned

In May of 2023, Business US Highway 31 in Pentwater, Michigan, was decommissioned, having been turned back to the control of the village. Though GSV doesn't show it, all signage has been removed.

That's a shame. I remember walk-clinching it when it was blocked off while being completely rebuilt a few summers ago. https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/7474
