Title: NOR: E39 realignment Liaboen

A realignment is u/c between Fv65 and Fv6282. I saw a sign indicating "Høst 2024" = Fall 2024. While the site near Fv65 looked quite advanced, there is still a lot to do at east end. Opening by end of 2024 should be possible though.

Keeping open till the remainder will be opened.
