Title: LA: Waypoint changes

The waypoint on LA 128 for LA605/897-1 is incorrectly labelled LA605/897-4

The corresponding waypoint for LA605 is just labelled LA128.  Should it be LA128/897-1?


Also, the route for LA 86 between LA345 and LA680 is overlapping with the route of LA 344 in a confusing way.  Can a shaping point be added to correct this, or a waypoint at Van Brocklin Rd.?
