August '23 GMSV shows a fancy RIRO there, with an "Exit" sign. Not exactly what I'd call an interchange.

FWIW, we do have a point here on VA 150. (https://www.google.com/maps/@37.4396564,-77.4613431,3a,75y,250.78h,82.91t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s6b_uxnlWHhNnaenbEjNZBA!2e0!7i16384!8i8192?coh=205409&entry=ttu)

VA 150 looks like a freeway there. IN 37's got lots of intersections. I mean, if there was a grade separation there, sure, but there's not.

Well, it does seem they are converting that segment into a full freeway.  141st St now has cross traffic blocked off, probably a precursor to it being upgraded to a full interchange.

All right, when that happens, sure. Or before then, if someone really needs to use that point instead of the one 0.4 miles away.
